Reflection

        I don't regret joining Get Fit. Everything and everyone movtivates me to do better. when i see people trying their utmost best when trying something new, it motivates me to do my best. My friends in Get Fit have been big motivators, they tell me to do my best when i start to fade out and keep encouraging me to keep going when I'm doing my best. Having all girls also is motivating because i'm more comfortable . Ms. phillips has been a great motivator, since she is so kind and motivational herself. i've noticed my fitness improving everyday. During the comminity run i was able to run a little more and walk a little less (ended up having to ditch my friends quarter way through :p). ive learned some awesome new ways to get and stay fit. i never thought that doing Zumba regularly would boost your fitness level. I am happy that i  got to try things that i would never try if i hadn't taken Get Fit.
                                       
                              MY GOAL: remains the same, to continue learning how to get fit and stay fit, so that i can apply it in my later years. I understand that one day i will graduate from highschool and P.E won't be there to make me run and jump. but what i can do is take what i've learned and apply them, then i can proudly say that i have P.E wasn't a waste of a block.
